Members in attendance: Paul Rybarczyk Rob Hacker Rich Panovich Mike Maslowski Discussed web page layout, edits and improvements - Mike MaslowskiUmpire Quizzes - Paul Rybarczyk Possible gift cards and other gifts for members Possible gift certificates from officials supplies vendors Catholic League officials agreement discussion extend to 4-years because no games were played in 2020 4PM start times for June 2021 games - possible early starts Assigning fees for CCUA Varsity doubleheader considerations $135/Double involving same teams in both ends of the DH $75/Game for doubles involving 1 different opponent in the second game Lower level doubleheader fees will require further discussion with leagueDiscussed formalizing a contracual agreement between the CCUA and the Catholic League Ron Hacker will provide a copy of a standard officials agreement Paul will check his sourcesClinic discussion Rob Hacker discussed his research with a virtual production provider - Tim Keefer High school rules only - if possible No way to do breakout sessions for Level 1 and 2.
